• Possess at least a PMR / SPM /Diploma certificate or equivalent.
• Applicants must be a Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident status
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a passion for assisting customers.
• Exhibit strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, enabling effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
• Pay close attention to detail to ensure accurate cash handling and stocking procedures.
• Be a team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
• Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies within the grocery store environment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting moderate weights.

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with locating products.
• Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and providing change.
• Stock shelves, displays, and coolers with merchandise, ensuring products are fresh, properly rotated (FIFO), and attractively presented.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and removing trash and debris.
• Monitor product quality and expiration dates, removing expired or damaged items from shelves and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, such as counting stock, recording inventory levels, and participating in stocktaking activities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
