Being an important part of our Company\'s mission to provide excellent customer relations, services and quality care to both owners and pets, suitably talented and qualified Pet Groomers are invited to expand their professional and personal career development growth with our pet solution centric organisation.

The successful candidates will be reporting to the Director and are expected to possess the following qualifications / requirements :

• Grade A or B recognised Certification in Pet Grooming.
• Minimum 2 years working experience as a pet groomer with good understanding of pet behaviour.
• Willing to undergo further skills training and to learn new grooming techniques.
• Experienced in customer service with good communication and inter -personal interaction skills.
• Must be able to communicate in spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Customer focused in meetings pet owners\' requests, providing solutions and alternatives from the vast range of the company\'s products and expertise.
• Concern and care for pet owners and pets, highlighting pet issues such as existing injury, infections, abnormalities etc.
• Displaying a high degree of professionalism and gentleness in dealing with all types of pets including pet hygiene, advising customers on best practices, home care tips etc.
• Ensuring utmost priority on pets\' safety.
• Disciplined approach towards hygiene, cleanliness and sanitization towards pets, workstation and tools used during grooming.
• Keep abreast with technics, styles and recent development within the grooming industry to enhance customer experience.
