A Malaysian investment holding company which holds significant interests in PLCs across multiple industries such as media, telecommunications, property and oil & gas companies. Job Responsibilities Support the Head of Group Audit in evaluating the efficiency of the organization\'s risk management, internal control, and governance processes, encompassing both financial and non-financial aspects of the unit or process. Oversee audit performance under the guidance and supervision of the Head of Group Audit. Direct, advise, and guide subordinates or teams while assessing their work for adequacy, accuracy, and completeness to meet audit objectives within established timelines. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders (such as Executive Committees, entity Boards, senior management, etc.) throughout the audit/consultancy assignments, involving activities such as understanding business concerns, discussing findings, conducting closing meetings, etc. Offer guidance and consultancy services for new processes or proposed changes to existing processes, including the review of policies and procedures and updates to (LOA). Handle departmental administration and undertake additional tasks as assigned, including but not limited to investigations, etc. Job Requirements At least 10 years of working experience in relevant field, with at least 3 years of experience in management role. At least a degree or equivalent professional qualification in relevant field. Independent and strong analytical thinking. Strong written and verbal communications skills with experience interacting with and presenting to senior management-level personnel. Reporting writing skills. Leadership and mentoring skills. People skills (e.g. relationship building, conflict resolution, etc).
