Job Description


\xe2\x80\xa2 Lead the delivery, production and strategy for food services across 3 properties and Sutera@Mantanani. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee the management of a team to ensure a high quality service is delivered, providing coaching and training when required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the kitchen operation including paperwork and administration \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop the service offering and lead the engineering of menus and food innovation for the site. \xe2\x80\xa2 Have responsibility for all aspects of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure financial documentation and accountancy of the unit (and those from suppliers) is accurate and within agreed budgeted levels
