Job Description
This job requires you to be in charge of the Financial Reporting, Funding and Financial Modelling. You will be managing and assisting the Financial Controller to maintain smooth operation of the Finance Team.
You will in be in charge of
- To handle compilation and review of Group Cash Flow.
- To compile and report on Group Capital Structure.
- To do tracking of bank utilisation and RORA.
- To manage and review on audited accounts for the Group.
- To plan and negotiate with bankers on funding.
- To review and vet through Letter of Offer and Facility Agreements.
- To construct financial models/structures for special projects.
- To support and carry out ad-hoc task, project and assignment given by superiors.
You will be suitable for the this role if you
*Have at least a bachelor degree
*Have experience in manufacturing, heavy industrial or banking sector
*Have experience managing a team
