About The Role

IT Strategy: Oversee a defined IT Strategy. Review, adapt and implementation of the strategy with the objective of providing the Group with effective and efficient IT tools both on Application and Infrastructure.

• Implementation of Salesforce and other CRM Tools to support the business.
• Prepare overall annual IT CAPEX and OPEX for approvals.

IT Security: Oversee and manage the Group\'s overall IT Security and policies.

• Develop security strategies, policies, and guidelines for the Group.
• Ensure a robust, secured, and cost-effective security plan covering the full life cycle of data management

IT Infrastructure & Support: Oversee IT Infrastructure and end-user support

• Manage IT infrastructure team to ensure high availability of all Systems, Servers, Network and other business collaboration tools and connectivity.
• Ensure IT user support team works effectively to provide a high service level to all IT users.
• Ensure cloud vs on premise infrastructure has a good balance to ensure speed, security, cost effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ensure proper management of all IT services contracts

Software Development & Project Management: Oversee and manage IT Business Development (Software development) & Project Management

• Manage team to ensure team delivers to business strategy and the group\'s objective
• Ensure adequate resources and required expertise in the IT team to support the implementation of new systems.

Leadership: Functional leadership responsibility for all employees of the respective departments.

• Provide guidance, motivate, and develop employees to achieve the Group targets and minimize employee turnover.
• Define targets and support and demand performance by regular performance reviews.
• Conduct salary and bonus discussions with department heads in coordination with GCFO
• Initiate recruitment and select suitable candidates for department heads.
• Communicate the group vision and mission in a comprehensive manner to ensure its incorporation into daily operations.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information System
• 5-10 years of experience leading technical team
• Experience in digital transformation or migration of legacy systems
• Prior technical experience in IT within the space of Business Application, Infrastructure, CRM System and Cloud
• Good communicator
• 30-40% Travelling Requirements within APAC and Europe
• Goal-oriented, dynamic, and high sense of responsibility
• Has a sense of humility
