Job Description


Strategic Planning Working with the director and the senior management team to understand organizational goals and develop strategic initiatives; Planning and executing a human resources strategy to align with company\'s goals; Build positive relationships with organization across different levels and be the pulse of the organization; Forecast and manage the HR budget; Function as a strategic, human capital business advisor to the senior management team; To work closely with other countries HR to standardise the company\'s direction; Employee Engagement and Relation Supporting and guiding other staff within the human resources department; Lead the analysis of employee feedback and data with the aim of creating a better working environment and engaged culture; Plan, organize and manage employee engagement, wellness and welfare activities. Analyze engagement survey feedback, conduct focus groups, develop action plans to address issues/for improvement and follow-through with implementation and regular follow-up and monitoring; Coaching and advising on people issues and grievances; Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Collaborate with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company\'s present and future hiring needs; Overseeing the organization\'s talent acquisition strategy and process, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring; Talent Management Establishing employee performance review, training, and development programs Managing talent and succession planning; Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training and leadership development; Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, career development, high potential programs and succession planning; Assist to identify training needs for business units and build training syllabus and training matrix. Maintain training material and establish company training intranet for staff self-paced learning. Identify High Potential (HiPot) employee list and design or set up individual executive coaching needs/individual development plan/mentor program; Compensation and Benefit Researching and proposing new incentive and rewards programs that support employee retention; Managing compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, payroll coordination, and employee benefits; Analyze trends in compensation and benefits based on market research and pay surveys in the same industry in order to implement/suggest a compensation strategy for all employees for better attraction and retention; HR Operations and Admin Review and improve all HR processes and policies, including onboarding & induction of new employees, performance management, etc.; Stay up-to-date on employment legislation and enforcement within the company; Ensure compliance to ISO9001/14001/45001 and FSSC 22000 policies and standards; Responsible for Foreign Worker application and hostel management; Streamline HR processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy, leveraging technology where applicable; Manage employee records and documentation, ensuring data confidentiality and security; Provide guidance to HR staff and facilitate training sessions to ensure a knowledgeable and skilled HR team. Job Requirement Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master\'s degree preferred); Proven experience 6 years as an HR Manager or Assistant HR Manager; Able to read and write in English, Bahasa and Mandarin; Business acumen - ability to understand the role of the business functions of the overall organization; High level of integrity and emotional intelligence; In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices; Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust across all levels of the organization; Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management; Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities; Familiarity with performance management systems and talent development strategies; Familiarity with HR software and systems; Willing to work at Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam .
