Group Marketing Manager with an Established F&B Retailer Your new company Company is based in Klang Valley and is a global F&B Retail Brand that is adored by people worldwide. This company is rapidly growing and is expanding their team, in which a role has been created for a Group Marketing Manager Your new role Able to develop marketing/product strategies revolving around ATL, BTL, Social media, Website, PR and other marketing channels (Annual/Quaterly marketing calendars, marketing campaigns and etc.) Strategically come up with marketing campaigns and communications content with market segmentation and overseeing execution as well as measuring performance by coming up with reports on campaign performance and outcomes Develop opportunities for collaborations, partnerships, sponsorhips or adverstising Creatively come up with strategic ideas and plans for promotion strategies, events and PR communication strategies for both offline and online channels What you\'ll need to succeed Must have proven track record being in a strategic role and developing ATL/BTL marketing campaigns focusing on digital and on ground activation channels Experience in developing a 360 marketing strategy focusing on online and offline channels with a clear blueprint on execution along with the ability to measure campaign performance Able to work with other HOD/department for annual brand marketing plans that is aligned with group strategy, targets and budget Able to manage a team of creatives, marketing and social media specialists Candidates who are excited and interested in taking brands to a whole new level What you\'ll get in return Attractive remuneration based on performance.
