Job Description
Role Overview:
TheGroup Operations Data Leadwill drive end-to-end data enablement for strategic initiatives, ensuring compliance with global data standards and solution blueprints across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Solution Design:Develop solution blueprints aligned with Group data standards.
- Implementation Coordination:Guide LBUs in data readiness, pipeline setup, and compliance.
- Testing & Deployment:Validate data quality and compliance before go-live.
- Ongoing Governance:Maintain alignment with Group data architecture and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- 10+ years in data lifecycle management and governance.
- Hands-on experience with analytics, AI data foundations, and cloud platforms (Azure/GCP).
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Insurance or financial services domain experience.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across geographies.
