We are now hiring a
highly capable, extremely hands-on Group Operations Manager
to take full ownership of daily outlet operations, performance, and team leadership.
This is a
high-pressure, no-nonsense role
for someone with
real operational leadership experience
who can be on the ground, get their hands dirty, and lead from the front. You will be
expected to be physically present at outlets
, especially on weekends, managing both
BOH and FOH
, solving problems in real-time, and pushing teams to consistently hit their KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across 4 outlets - both Front of House & Back of House
Be
hands-on and on-site
, especially during peak hours and weekends
Lead and support Outlet Managers, ensure full SOP compliance
Maintain consistent food quality, customer service, and outlet cleanliness
Monitor and resolve staffing issues (attendance, discipline, grooming)
Manage stock levels, ordering, waste, and cost controls
Ensure outlets meet hygiene, licensing, and maintenance requirements
Deliver detailed performance reports to CEO (sales, waste, staffing, customer feedback)
Recruit, train, and mentor outlet leadership to support business growth
Work directly under
UK owner
, in a tough but rewarding environment
Who We're Looking For:
Min. 5 years F&B leadership experience
(multi-outlet preferred)
Strong knowledge of both kitchen and service operations
Extremely hands-on
- not an office-only manager
Able to
work under pressure
, take criticism, and make decisions fast
Fluent in English & Bahasa Melayu
Organised, results-driven, with high personal discipline
Able to work
6 days/week
, including weekends & public holidays
Malaysian citizens only
