Job Description

Quality Assurance (QA):

Implement, maintain, and improve ISO 9001 quality management system, SOPs, and company policies. Support internal and external audits; resolve non-conformities and implement corrective/preventive actions. Evaluate existing processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements. Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements. Assist in production/assembly quality monitoring and performance review. approval, factory audits, and consignment certification. Manage product certification, import licensing, and product registration processes.

Quality Control (QC):

Conduct inspections at all stages during the incoming, in-process and outgoing processes. Manage new product evaluation, reliability testing, and market quality analysis. Support technical troubleshooting and customer quality complaints (domestic & ASEAN). Provide training and technical guidance on new product models to sales subsidiaries and internal teams.

Production & Process Support:

Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and smooth operation. Ensure operators follow SOPs and quality requirements. Supervise and coordinate manpower, resources, and equipment to meet quality and production needs. Take corrective and preventive actions on production abnormalities. Maintain a safe, healthy, clean, and organized working environment. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly quality reports to management.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, inspection, and testing methods. Familiarity with engineering documentation, product certification, and regulatory standards. Experience in quality audits, factory audits, and compliance with ISO 9001 requirements. Exposure to plastic manufacturing processes and OEM quality standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Draftsight or CAD tools for technical documentation. Able to multitask and handle responsibilities with professionalism and integrity. * Team player with the ability to coordinate across departments.
