About YouWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Finance Group Reporting to oversee the consolidation of financial reports for CARSOME. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with expertise in financial consolidation processes. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.Your Day-to-Day1. Financial Consolidation:\xe2\x97\x8f Lead the consolidation of financial data from multiple business units and entities.\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reports in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.\xe2\x97\x8f Develop and implement consolidation procedures to streamline the reporting process.2. Reporting and Analysis:\xe2\x97\x8f Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and external stakeholders.\xe2\x97\x8f Analyse financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.\xe2\x97\x8f Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement in financial performance.3. Process Improvement:\xe2\x97\x8f Continuously review and enhance consolidation processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.\xe2\x97\x8f Implement best practices and leverage technology solutions to optimise reporting capabilities.\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance financial reporting processes.4. Compliance and Governance:\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.\xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities for financial reporting and audit purposes.\xe2\x97\x8f Maintain documentation of consolidation procedures and controls.Job Requirements:\xe2\x97\x8f At least 6 years\' experience in accounting with exposure in audit, statutory reporting and record-to-report.\xe2\x97\x8f ERP System (Oracle Netsuite ERP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), US SBachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.\xe2\x97\x8f Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, consolidation techniques, and reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).\xe2\x97\x8f Proficiency in financial analysis, with advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting tools.\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.\xe2\x97\x8f Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a team.\xe2\x97\x8f Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.\xe2\x97\x8f EC Regulations, Companies Act, Microsoft,
