Job Description

This job requires you to be in charge of Group Finance and Group Reporting as well as Operational Finance. You will also be involved heavily in the IPO process that the company is undergoing. You will managing a team person while assisting the CFO on day to day ad hoc finance matters.You will be in charge ofIPO Preparation:

• Coordinate with the IPO underwriter and legal counsel to prepare the necessary financial documentation.
• Oversee the financial due diligence process and address any issues raised.
• Ensure compliance with Securities Commission of Malaysia (SC) regulations and listing requirements.
• Develop and implement the IPO timeline and project plan.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

• Enhance financial reporting systems and processes to meet the stringent requirements of public companies.
• Prepare accurate and transparent financial statements in accordance with Malaysian Accounting Standards (MAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Investor Relations:

• Develop and execute investor relations strategies.
• Prepare investor presentations and materials.
• Manage investor communications and inquiries.

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support the IPO and post-IPO growth plans.
• Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Support the development of the company\'s business plan and financial projections.

Internal Controls:

• Strengthen internal controls to meet the higher standards of public companies.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance best practices.

Team Management:

• Lead and develop the finance team to meet the challenges of a public company.
• Build a strong finance function to support the company\'s growth.
