Requirements
Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess with minimum Certificate/TVET in Plumbing/Electrical or in any related field.
• At least three (3) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Hands on experience in Plumbing, Sanitaryware, Electrical and water dispenser installation.
• Exposure to plastic manufacturing, especially in kitchen and bathroom products is an advantage.
• Applicants must willing to work in Semenyih Hi-Tech.

Responsibilities

• Provide installation, setup, and technical configuration service of company products to internal and external customers.
• Manage all technical issues of company products through professional customer service.
• Carry out on-site installation and preventive maintenance briefing.
• Repair faulty products through proper diagnosis and troubleshooting.
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve product issues.
• Communicate with the team, suppliers and customers through email, phone calls, messages, and WhatsApp.
• Record daily activities and submit them to the Head Of Department before the deadline.
• Doing product briefings to the relevant team members and advising the team on product accessories needed.
• Produce service and complaint reports.
• Assist in product technical documentation.
