We are looking for a Growth Intern who is passionate about Fintech, to learn, contribute and grow by getting first-hand experience in business analytics and growth experiments. The position is expected to be highly collaborative across teams, doesn\'t shy away to bring forth ideas, and manages partner support needs.

What you will do:

• Familiar with AARRR model and growth hacking concepts.
• Conduct data analysis and report based on growth and business needs.
• Contributing and generating ideas via market research, presenting findings and making use cases from learnings to perform growth experiments and A/B tests.
• Provide operational support to enable growth initiatives via execution of growth campaigns, both upcoming & ongoing.
• Liaise between different stakeholders on BAU and project related matters such as copywriting & creatives.
• Perform necessary follow ups with leads and channel owners.
• When required, to attend to any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements:

What we are looking for:

• Strong data analytical ability, and proficient is using analytics tool e.g. SQL, Python etc.,
• Strong research, compilation and presentation skills.
• Proactive and eager to learn how business works.
• Has good comprehension and communication skills to manage the different stakeholders when performing assigned tasks.
• Is an organized and meticulous multi-tasker who\'s able to work and execute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Is someone who is interested in actively participating in providing ideas and feedback to achieve the set deliverables based on his/her understanding of the trends of the market via research.

You will shine in this role if you are/have:

• A/B tests experience
• Creative design and copywriting skills
• Campaign planning
• Capable to draw up process map
