We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our passionate team and help us maintain our commitment to excellence.

Position Overview:

As a Growth Lead focused on Marketing, you will be a key driver in developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance brand visibility, acquire new customers, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a results-oriented marketer with a deep understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and a passion for driving innovative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
• Identify key market segments and develop targeted campaigns to drive customer acquisition.
• Oversee the planning and execution of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Lead efforts to acquire and retain customers through effective marketing initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer lifetime value and loyalty.
• Develop a content strategy that aligns with brand positioning and resonates with target audiences.
• Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and shareable content.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of the organization\'s brand positioning.
• Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing channels.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in marketing leadership roles with a focus on growth.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
