Key responsibilities:

Work closely with clients to propose strategies to maximize growth for performance advertising and acquire target audiences across all paid media channels.
Setup and run ad campaigns that are optimized to achieve client ROI/performance goals.
Consult the creative and content teams to produce visuals, content or other creatives required for the campaigns
Measure, analyze and report the performance of all campaigns and assess against goals
Optimize campaign performance to achieve given targets and goals
Other ad hoc marketing tasks as assigned

What are we looking for?

1-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Performance Marketing, Media Buying, Advertising, PR, Social Media Marketing or similar field
A recognized Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business/ Marketing/ Communication or relevant field of study
Must have Shopee Collaborative Ads management and strategy experience
Proficient in Google Ads, Social Media Ads Management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Organized and possess good time management skills
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and independent
Demonstrate a passion for marketing
