: Job Purpose *
The ServiceNow PPM Developer is responsible for working to develop, design and own technical solutions on the ServiceNow PPM platform. The ServiceNow PPM Developer will provide administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support by using good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions to the CIMB utilizing the ServiceNow PPM platform. The ServiceNow PPM Developer will oversee the configuration of the ServiceNow PPM platform to ensure it meets the needs of the users. CIMB will need someone who can develop solutions that make navigation easy to use and provides procedures that enable their staff to match customers with the products and services they need
Key Responsibilities *

  • Overall responsible in planning and implementation of all ServiceNow system upgrade, system enhancement & configuration, new application module and other technical tasks related to aspects of the ServiceNow PPM platform
  • Provide software coding and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development
  • Update and maintain a comprehensive testing protocol for ServiceNow PPM system instance upgrades with the purpose of certifying all applications for use after the upgrade completes
  • Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues
  • Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to purpose sustainable solutions in the ServiceNow PPM system
  • Answer \xe2\x80\x9chow to\xe2\x80\x9d technical and application configuration questions
  • Develop, maintain, and execute reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets
  • Develop processes with the ServiceNow PPM system that improve user access and navigation
  • Collaborate with the project manager to establish timelines, specifications, and budget
  • Implement and monitor changes to ensure a smooth transition
  • Provide regular updates on project status to supervisors
  • Troubleshoot issues for staff and customers
  • Create and maintain system design and operations documentation
Job Specification *

Qualifications

(Basic Degree/Diploma etc)
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5 years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow Platform development, implementation, configuration, and administration, including but not limited to successful deployments as lead
Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements
  • ServiceNow Scripting and or Certification
  • SDLC / CMMI
  • Software Programming
Relevant Work Experience
  • 5 years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow Platform development, implementation, configuration, and administration, including but not limited to successful deployments as lead

  • Hands on experience in developing applications. Adaptable to change and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem analysis skills to include the use of mathematical concepts to validate results
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, disseminate, and present significant amounts of information with an attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Professional and ServiceNow certification.
  • Clear and concise communication with superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external business partners
  • Manage and prioritize work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Experience in Java development
  • Experience in scripting language: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Jelly
  • Experience in Client Side and Server Side Scripting.
  • Knowledge of XML and structural programming concepts
  • Experience with ServiceNow implementation would be an advantage.
