About the Role
We're looking for energetic, driven freshers who are eager to kickstart their careers in GTM Engineering. As a GTM Engineer Intern, you'll work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams to support the execution and automation of go-to-market initiatives. This is a hands-on, learning-focused internship where your ideas and effort will shape real projects from day one.
What You'll Do * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to build and automate GTM processes.

Support in the integration of sales and marketing tools, CRM systems, and data pipelines.
Analyze go-to-market metrics and generate actionable insights.
Assist with building dashboards, reports, and workflow automations.
Align SDEs' respective goals and work towards facilitating them through strategic GTM motion.

Internship Structure & Growth Path * Initial 3-Month Internship: Hands-on learning & exposure

Performance Review: Outstanding performers will be offered an additional 3-month internship extension
Full-Time Offer: Top interns will be offered a permanent role as a GTM Engineer Exec, subject to performance
