In your new role you will:

• Resolve identified engineering issues with manufacturing equipment to keep downtime to a minimum and improve equipment performance and efficiency.
• Work as a team between Manufacturing / Process / UPE / resolve production and quality issues and reduce production line disruptions.
• Ensure the production equipment is in control and the quality of the product meets expectations.
• Implement a Preventive / Predictive maintenance program.
• Monitor equipment performance key indicators, set goals, and drive the team to meet expectations.
• Provide necessary production support.
• Establish an indirect spare inventory system for key equipment.
• Sustain and improve the key performance indices of the equipment through continuous improvement activities / projects.
• Establish a team to work on continuous improvement projects aligned to organization objectives.
• Implement productivity improvement programs and Reduce costs through continuous cost-reduction efforts.
• Identify the key cost drivers and work on cost reduction programs and spare parts management.
• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing all manufacturing equipment installation, maintenance, and sustaining activities

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor / Master\'s degree, major in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related Engineering.
• Good command of the English language.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.00 or equivalent.
• The trainee shall be committed for 12 months of services.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kulim Hi-Tech Park.
• No work experience required and directly from Fresh Graduate.
• Independent, resourceful, and initiative.
