Position: Guest Associate
Location: Penang Hill / Penang Ferry Museum / The TOP Komtar
Salary: RM1,700 + Allowances
Minimum Requirement: SPM
Job Scope:
Initiate guest interaction and deliver tip-top service to visitors.
Encourage and guide guests on how to pose for photographs.
Process and compile finished photo products for sale.
Handle cashiering duties accurately.
Prepare the site for smooth daily operations.
Ensure individual and overall sales targets are achieved.
Requirements:
Possess at least 1 year of experience as a frontline staff in any industry.
Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Approachable, positive, and guest-friendly attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
Work Location: In person
