He/she manages and coordinates all aspects of members' journey: from pre-arrival and arrival experience all the way to the follow up through post-stay feedback mechanisms.
Job Requirements & Descriptions:
oProven minimum 2-3 experience in a similar role or proven more than 5 years experience in related field
oExcellent organizational and problem-solving solving skills
oGood communication skills required to ensure seamless communication with other departments.
