This position reports to the Executive Office. Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizen and Permanent Resident of Malaysia.Main DutiesLeads team members to super serve guests by using effort , initiative and common sense.Involved in rooms division and f&b and guest facing ops.Gets involved as taskforce basis in guest facing depts that require short term actions to improve scores.Reports directly to executive office.Shows care and emphathy by their actions.Focused on results and leads to build team spirit to get things done and improve revenue and scoresQualifications:2-3 years experience in Hospitality guest services
