Job Description


Description:You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International\'s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Guest Experience Manager is responsible to ensure personalized service and excellent guest satisfaction contributing to overall hotel customer service.Qualifications:

  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years\' work experience as Guest Relations Manager or Assistant Manager in larger operation / luxury international hotel.
  • Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizen and Permanent Resident of Malaysia.
