Lendlease is looking for candidates who are interested growing their career as a Guest Experience Officer at The Exchange, TRX Kuala Lumpur. The Tun Razak Exchange is a development poised to be Malaysia\xe2\x80\x99s new international business and financial district. At the heart of this urban transformation is The Exchange TRX, a city defining development designed to create the ultimate experiential environment, from retail to dining, entertainment and world class hotels.

The Exchange TRX is a 17-acre integrated development set to become one of Asia\xe2\x80\x99s leading lifestyle hubs. The mall is a 1.3 million sq ft of next-generation retail space will include a 10-acre rooftop park. We are looking for build our mall team and would like to invite aspiring individuals to apply for the following role:

If you are looking for an exciting role that works closely with a dynamic team and offers growth opportunities, this is the role for you. The Guest Experience Officer is responsible for attending to inquiries/feedback/requests/complaints from shoppers and tenants tactfully and in a timely manner. Your role includes but not limited to:

• Communication with shoppers and tenants in person or via phone call.
• Ensuring all customer facilities such as strollers and wheelchairs are in good working condition and maintained at high standard of cleanliness.
• Attending to emergencies and responding according to the centre Standard Operating Procedure.
• Concierge desk administration duties.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations of the mall.
• Assist in mall marketing events and campaigns such as handling gift redemption, lucky draws, contest forms etc.

Essential to this role is experience in customer service with an approachable and friendly demeanour. Excellent proficiency in English is a must have skill for this role. Able to converse in Mandarin/Japanese will be added advantage. You must be able to work on shift hours, weekends and public holidays.
