We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our fast-growing team in Kuala Lumpur as a Guest Experience Specialist. Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our team in France to deliver exceptional customer service to guests via phone and email before, during, and after their stay.
  • Take full ownership of guest satisfaction by paying close attention to details and providing personalized service.
  • Conduct quality control checks to promptly address any issues that arise during or after a guest\'s stay without the need for direction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests, representing GuestReady with professionalism and integrity.
  • Work closely with the Guest Team to develop innovative strategies to enhance the guest experience.
  • Assist with daily operational tasks, such as scheduling, communicating with providers, and resolving maintenance issues.
  • Help develop and implement new processes to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and overcome challenges.
  • Self-confident, personable, and enjoys interacting with people.
  • Independent and capable of troubleshooting issues in real-time.
  • Able to multitask and work well under pressure while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively without direct supervision.
  • Detail-oriented and focused on delivering high-quality work. Please include "I am GuestReady!" in your cover letter.
  • Passionate about creating a superior customer experience with a keen eye for detail.
Bonus:
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus.
  • Experience with home-sharing platforms such as Airbnb or HomeAway.
  • Interest in startups and the sharing economy.
We operate 24/7, so the successful candidate must be available to work on a shift-based schedule, including weekdays, weekends, mornings, and late evenings. Benefits:
