Someone with an eye for detail, the skills to perform and a passion to delight.We are looking for Guest Relations Coordinator.Responsibilities:The Guest Relations Coordinator is responsible in ensuring the overall wellbeing of guests in terms of customer satisfaction and comfort; and that all guest requirements are fulfilled in the most efficient and timely manner. Functions as an integral part of service in the Front Office and lobby.As a Guest Relations Coordinator, we rely on you to:

• Enhance guest relations and loyalty scores
• Provide support to ensure a smooth and efficient Guest Relations Operation
• Handle all guest requests in a timely, professional and efficient manner
• Provide all-rounded guest services such as checking in and out
• Contribute towards a memorable hotel experience for all guests

We are looking for someone who:

• Front Office Operations and minimum of 1 year as guest service personnel in a guest contact are in the hospitality industry.
• At least 2 years in the Front Office Department of an international class or 4-Star hotel.
• Proficient in oral and written English and Malay.
• Knowledge of computers, retail system, F&B system.
• Willing to work in shift.
• Pleasant, effective social skills, and versatile.
• Has good interpersonal skills and people management skills
• Is able to work independently and a team player.
• Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
