Guest Relations Manager

We are looking for Guest Relations Manager

As a Guest Relations Manager, we rely on you to

• Engage with guests and enhance their overall experience with the hotel.
• Take responsibility for all Shangri-La Circle members and VIP guests.
• Provide help and assistance to all guests

Create an exceptional and memorable experience for all guests.

We are looking for someone who:

• Posses Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management.
• At least 3 years experience with an international class hotel.
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English.
• Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer oriented and has a can-do attitude
• Self starter and a team player.
• Commitment to professional values.
