Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
Assist Front Office Manager for the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Desk.
Must be pleasant and well versed with the relevant work procedures and daily operational duties while integrating with all other relevant departments and staff.
Represents the Hotel in terms of guest relations and is primarily responsible to care for their requirements, effectively handle their complaints
Take pro-active measures where service or equipment is lacking or not functioning respectively.
