- Address travel-related inquiries and issues communicated
- Assist customers with upgrade requests, baggage inquiries, delays, and cancellations.
- Build meaningful relationships with our customers through a consultative approach
- Respond and manage customer feedback and complaint
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM
- Required language(s): Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Must have at least 6 months experience in Customer Service/BPO Industry
- Contract Role \xe2\x80\x93 12 months (opportunity to be absorbed as permanent staff)
- RM2,700.00 \xe2\x80\x93 RM3,200 (+ additional allowances)
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM2,700.00 - RM3,200.00 per month Benefits:
