Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Associate to join our hotel team. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for greeting guests, checking them in and out, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant stay.

Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor. Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all check-in procedures are followed. Process check-outs efficiently and accurately, handling payments and providing receipts. Manage reservations and bookings, both in person and over the phone. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.

Requirements:



Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Fresh graduated are welcome. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure. Proficiency in computer systems. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Types: Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
