Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Executive (Receptionist). The Guest Service Executive (Receptionist) will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing bookings, handling phone calls, clerical work, and providing excellent customer service. The Guest Service Executive (Receptionist) will also be responsible for managing check-ins, check-outs, and assisting guests with any inquiries they may have during their stay at the hotel. Qualifications Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties Clerical Skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is a plus Fluency in multiple languages is a plus Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required; certificate or degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus
