Guest Service Officer (front Office Department)

Job Description

Handle daily guest, check in and check out process.

To handle cash payment, and ensure monies are deal with as per company cash handling policy and procedure.

To provide upscale guest service experiences for guest throughout their stay.

To ensure guest are properly greeted upon their arrival.

To monitor daily bookings/online booking and ensure assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in.

To prepare night Audit report

To assist daily arrangement of groups booking and arrival.

To examine self-duties, assign tasks and check on progress.

To maintain friendly relationships with all hotel guest.

To answer the telephone in a timely and professional manner accordance to hotel standards.

To make reservations over the phone and in person.

To keep work area neat and tidy.

Requirement:-



Preferable can speak basic Mandarin

Diploma in Tourism Managament is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,750.00 per month
