Job Description


\xc2\xb7 To greet and receive guests, collect a payment, and bid farewell to guests/passengers at the front reception counter. \xc2\xb7 To assist guests/passengers with their luggage on entry and exit at the lounge. \xc2\xb7 To page for flight departure for contracted airlines. \xc2\xb7 To carry out meet and greet services whenever instructed by Supervisors or Manager. \xc2\xb7 To do periodical checks at the shower rooms, toilets to ensure consistent cleanliness. \xc2\xb7 To conduct opening/closing shifts duties according to the SOP, ensure cash float is intact and the handover/takeover is with proper handover record. \xc2\xb7 To complete and email the Daily Management Report (DMR) to the superior. \xc2\xb7 To upsell/promote lounge package, cross-sell other outlets/services under Plaza Premium Group. \xc2\xb7 Must be well versed with the different currency conversion rates. \xc2\xb7 To drive and be part of the Company Loyalty program for the location, Arrture, be familiar with the program, and be able to convince sales of membership. \xc2\xb7 To assist the F&B team in the clearance of used plates/cups, crockery, etc. in the lounge whenever necessary, i.e. when the reception counter is not busy. \xc2\xb7 Must have good knowledge of general information about the airport, i.e. facilities available, services, shops, and directions to the departure gates. \xc2\xb7 To be very familiar with flight schedules and assist in-flight information whenever required by the passengers. \xc2\xb7 To be very versed with computers and/or email and Internet services, to assist passengers whenever required to. \xc2\xb7 To assist in all departments in the lounge. \xc2\xb7 To cooperate and work in a team towards development, implementation, maintenance, and improvements of the quality management system. \xc2\xb7 To take initiative to identify areas for improvement and participate in continual improvement activities. \xc2\xb7 To check the food quality at the buffet counter and ensure the appearance (size, shape, colour, and consistency), texture, flavor, and presentation are as per the standard set. \xc2\xb7 To undertake other jobs assigned by superior from time to time. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,100.00 - RM2,300.00 per month Benefits:

Experience:
  • Customer Care Specialist: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Bahasa (Preferred)
  • English (Preferred)
