The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role supervises the guest service team, handles escalated guest concerns, and ensures smooth coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
Ensure all guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
Handle escalated complaints or requests and resolve them efficiently.
Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements.
Team Supervision
Supervise, coach, and support guest service associates/front desk staff.
Plan duty rosters and ensure adequate shift coverage.
Conduct training to maintain service standards.
Operations
Oversee check-in, check-out, and cashiering procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and service standards.
Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments for smooth operations.
Administration
Prepare daily shift reports and updates for management.
Monitor and control front office supplies and equipment.
Support in preparing performance evaluations and appraisals.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in front office or guest service.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in hotel/property management systems and MS Office.
Pleasant personality with a customer-focused mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
