- Proficiency in Piano or Guitar performance and teaching.
- Relevant qualification (Music Grade 8, Diploma / Degree / ABRSM / Trinity certification preferred).
- Teaching experience is an advantage, but passionate fresh graduates are welcome.
- Good communication skills and patience in handling students.
- Responsible, punctual, and committed to consistent teaching schedules.
- Conduct individual and/or group lessons for students (beginner to advanced levels).
- Prepare lesson plans according to each student's ability and learning progress.
- Motivate and inspire students to develop their musical skills and confidence.
- Prepare students for exams (e.g., ABRSM, Trinity, Rockschool) and performances.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and encouraging learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with the music center team on concerts and student events.
