Oversee all daily operations and the overall administration of the school.
Manage the school's budget, track spending, and ensure financial accountability.
Supervise and manage all staff, including teachers and support personnel.
Lead the recruitment process for both teaching and non-teaching staff.
Academic and student welfare
Establish academic goals and work to secure resources needed to achieve them.
Maintain curriculum standards and ensure they are integrated with Islamic principles.
