\xe2\x80\xa2 Guide and support the development and implementation of teaching and learning approaches and resources, as well as best practices to enhance the learning experience for the children. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and maintain consistent standard of student behaviour, attendance and maintain guidance, health and food services for the children. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervising grounds, play areas and other facilities when scheduled for use by children. \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing first-aid facilities and materials. \xe2\x80\xa2 Cooperated with Assistant Principal in determining the need for building construction, education planning and selection of equipment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provided leadership and management of the teachers - train and evaluated all teachers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead team, motivation and provide a positive work environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain cumulative records. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collecting and checking over teachers lessons plans every week. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop master schedule and oversee / coordinated schedule processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee facilities \xe2\x80\x93 supervise the maintenance of all facilities and equipment, identify and plan for future facilities need, develop procedures for building safety and emergencies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitate proactive and positive engagement with parents the community. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervise each children admission, placement and withdrawal according to established procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervise any instructional program and daily operation of the kindergarten. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle emergency and injuries in a safe and professional matter. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure teachers and child ratio maintained at all time. \xe2\x80\xa2 To perform any other duties assigned by the management.
