\xe2\x80\xa2 Create lesson plans for each class based on your experience and the students\xe2\x80\x99 specific needs \xe2\x80\xa2 Introduce interactive activities into the classroom and encourage students to vocalize their concerns and questions \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate with other team members as well as with parents about students\xe2\x80\x99 progress and behaviour \xe2\x80\xa2 Join the rotation of teachers who assist with start-of-day and end-of-day student care procedures \xe2\x80\xa2 Encourage creativity in students by organizing art and craft projects on a daily basis \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish and enforce rules for behaviour, and policies and procedures to maintain order among students. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create a fun and inspiring atmosphere in the classroom \xe2\x80\xa2 Welcoming students from the moment they first arrive at kindergarten door until the end of the school journey \xe2\x80\xa2 Engage with Teachers, Principal and Management in the development, evaluation, and revision of kindergarten programs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend staff meetings, and serve on committees as required \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend teacher training and workshops in order to maintain and improve professional competence \xe2\x80\xa2 Report and receive instructions from management or any person as instructed by the management from time to time \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee and handling food preparation for students \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring the cleanliness and hygiene of the kindergarten \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate and contribute any events organize to ensure initiatives are being met
