GXP, HSE & Engineering Program Manager
The GXP, HSE & Engineering Program Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing Quality, Health, and Safety Management systems & Engineering Programs in the Life Sciences environment for one of JLL\xe2\x80\x99s Work Dynamics Client accounts. The most important objective of this role will be ensuring that our clients, our employees, and sub-contractors return home safely at the end of each working day, mitigating all risk levels in health & safety, quality, and the environment to the lowest level reasonably practicable
The role is highly visible, and the work is fast-paced. This role is a key management subject matter expert within the management team and will be expected to formulate and realize client strategy in alignment with JLL\xe2\x80\x99s practices and values. The successful candidate must ensure that critical stakeholders, such as leadership, employees, contractors, and clients, receive timely, relevant information and appropriate counsel for EHS, Quality & Engineering matters. They must have an acute eye for overall risk as it pertains to the organization as a whole and specific to the EHS and Quality arenas and be able to foster a strong culture of health, safety, and quality to deliver world-class results.
Roles and Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Health & Safety
Act as a visible safety leader and coach proactive safety behaviors in the team; lead by example to help ensure that positive and transparent HSE culture exists within the JLL team on the site.
Ensure required Regulatory, JLL, and Client safety standards are met for all aspects of work delivered by the team (staff or vendor). Ensure HSE-relevant devices are in place (PPE, LOTO devices\xe2\x80\xa6)
Proactively ensure any HSE near misses, incidents, or best practices are reported and Shared. Lead accident and injury investigation.
Ensure risk assessments and method statements are in place for all work (JLL staff or vendor). Proactively identify safety hazards and risks at the Client location and mitigate them in accordance with best safety practices.
Fully implement and align with the client EHS processes and procedures and participate/represent Asia Pacific in all Global meetings. Establish a regular HSE self-inspection routine and make an action plan accordingly. Ensure all regulatory/compulsory HSE training is completed, and training records are documented in a timely manner for audit readiness. Provide technical advice on relevant HSSE issues and communicate notifications of changes in legislation that will impact service delivery and/or client occupancy.
Quality Management System
Ensuring team\xe2\x80\x99s adherence to governing SOPs and quality policies (JLL or Client) where relevant. Drive Global alignment to all regulatory/statutory and the client\xe2\x80\x99s processes and procedures to ensure full adherence to Global requirements. Where applicable, drive alignment with Global FDA compliance requirements across medical device certification and other actions.
Lead by example to help ensure that positive and transparent quality culture exists within the JLL team on the site and that quality risk management is embedded into decision-making. Proactively ensure any quality issues, incidents, or best practices are reported and shared.
Ensure timely completion of all quality training by the team. Lead GMP incident root cause investigations and CAPA creation/completion as necessary. Lead JLL self-audits; assist in Regulator and customer audits as required. Lead in the generation and review of the following documents if applicable to JLL\xe2\x80\x99s scope of work.
