• Diploma/Degree in relevant field.
• Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily gym operations and ensure smooth member experiences.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service.
• Manage memberships, sales targets, and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain gym facilities and ensure safety standards are met.
