Job Overview:
As a Retail Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in executing merchandising strategies across retail outlets. Your focus will be on ensuring consistent brand presentation, supporting promotional initiatives, and optimizing product display to enhance shopper experience and sales performance. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, store staff, and external partners to deliver seamless merchandising execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute in-store merchandising plans to ensure optimal product placement and visual appeal.
Uphold brand standards and ensure planogram compliance across assigned retail locations.
Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising quality, stock positioning, and campaign impact.
Perform market audits and competitor benchmarking to inform merchandising improvements.
Support promotional campaigns by managing POSM deployment and campaign material setup.
Facilitate new product launches by ensuring merchandising readiness and visibility at all touchpoints.
Liaise with store managers, sales teams, and third-party vendors to coordinate merchandising activities.
Provide actionable feedback to the Merchandiser Lead to support continuous process enhancement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and execution capability to maintain consistent brand presence.
Proactive and flexible in managing store setups, stock arrangements, and campaign rollouts.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.
