• Assist the Branch Manager in daily showroom operations.
• Support in achieving showroom and individual sales targets.
• Ensure showroom staff are well-trained and maintain high service standards.
• Monitor merchandise display, cleanliness, and overall showroom appearance.
• Handle administrative work, cashiering duties, and daily stock checks.
• Verify incoming and outgoing products with proper documentation.
• Ensure reports are submitted accurately and on time.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and ensure good customer service.
• Support in maintaining showroom safety and security.
• Share feedback and updates on promotions, customer response, and competitors.

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail or supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
