Job Description
- No education / working experience is required, as long as candidate willing to learn and able to work in retail working hours.
- Can speak in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin.
- Experience in the hair care or beauty industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Passion for hair care and helping others achieve their hair goals.
- Consult with customers to understand their hair and scalp concerns and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Provide personalized advice on hair care routines, products, and services.
- Conduct hair and scalp analysis to identify specific issues and suggest suitable solutions.
- Perform hair care procedures and treatments to improve the health and appearance of the hair.
- Stay updated on the latest hair care trends, products, and technologies.
