Halal & Certification Management

Handle all matters related to

Halal certification

(documentation, application, renewal, audit preparation). Ensure company products, processes, and raw materials comply with

JAKIM Halal standards

. Maintain and update

Halal files, records, and SOPs

in line with certification requirements. Liaise with external bodies (JAKIM, KKM, SIRIM, etc.) for inspections and audits. Conduct internal checks to ensure

compliance across departments

(production, warehouse, logistics). Provide Halal training and awareness to staff.

Administration & Compliance

Prepare and organize documentation for

product certification

(NPRA, GMP, Halal, etc.) Assist in submission of applications, reports, and renewal of licenses. Support management with compliance tracking and reporting.

Production Support (Secondary Role)

Assist production team in

ordering raw materials

and packaging supplies. Monitor

stock levels

and update inventory records. Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials. Support production scheduling and ensure proper documentation flow.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
