Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Manager to lead our Digital Marketing team to elevate Halal Integrated Platform (HIP) brand and enhance the HIP digital marketing offerings to HIP members and Halal Economy at large. The ideal candidate will possess a unique skill set encompassing business development, marketing and branding, project management, event management, and digital marketing within the context of the halal industry. This role requires a strategic and creative thinker with the ability to drive growth, enhance our HIP visibility, execute successful marketing campaigns, develop new revenue channels through digital marketing, meet sales targets, and oversee brand development efforts to resonate with the Halal Industry community. Most importantly this roles requires you to go above and beyond in elevating Malaysia\'s Halal Economy to always be at the forefront of global Halal Economy. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Business Development: Identify and cultivate potential partnerships, collaborations, and growth opportunities to expand the reach and offerings of our halal integrated platform; Conduct thorough market research to gain insights into halal industry trends, market preferences, and competitive landscape in both local and international; Forge and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners within the halal ecosystem; Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and drive revenue growth for Halal Integrated Platform; Develop innovative digital marketing strategies to establish new revenue channels, utilizing the power of HIP and other digital platforms to drive sales growth; Oversee and optimize digital marketing channels such as halal-focused social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing; Utilize analytics tools to measure and track the performance of digital marketing efforts, making data-driven decisions for optimization; and To collaborate with other teams in HIP to ensure digital marketing strategies are aligned with sales targets and revenue goals. 2. Marketing and Branding: Devise and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to our HIP objectives and goals; Create and manage engaging marketing campaigns across various channels, with a focus on digital, social media, Halal Integrated Platform and other advertising avenues to increase awareness and brand visibility; Craft compelling and consistent brand messaging that resonates with the halal industry stakeholders and elevating the awareness of HIP role in the Halal Economy. Lead efforts to develop and refine the brand\'s identity, positioning, and value proposition within the halal industry. Oversee the creation and execution of brand promotion strategies that communicate our HIP unique offerings to the target audience. Monitor and manage the consistency and integrity of the brand across all touchpoints, both online and offline. Collaborate with internal teams to align all brand-related activities with the platform\'s goals and values. 3. Event Management: Strategically plan, coordinate, and execute virtual and physical events that would benefit both HIP members and HIP strategic partners; Develop, plan, and manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics with meticulous attention to detail to ensure flawless execution; Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and halal industry stakeholders to create impactful events and initiative that would contribute back to Malaysian Halal Economy and align with Halal Industry Masterplan 2030; and Utilize post-event analysis and feedback to continuously enhance event strategies and offerings. 4. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Act as a critical team player, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of all initiatives; Lead, inspire, and guide a team of dedicated marketing and event professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment; Provide effective coaching, mentorship, and support to team members, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing; Set clear performance goals and KPIs for the team, consistently monitoring progress and results; and Cultivate an environment that encourages creativity and continuous improvement. We are looking out for out of the box proposal. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Master degree is added advantage but it is not compulsory. Proven track record (10+ years) in business development, marketing, branding, event management, and digital marketing especially for startups. In-depth understanding of Halal Economy dynamics, industry trends, and Halal Industry stakeholders. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, particularly within a halal industry context. Proficiency in Halal Integrated Platform, digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems. Must be data driven individuals. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team in a dynamic environment. Strategic mindset with a strong orientation toward achieving measurable outcomes.
