Plan, prepare, and deliver multimedia lessons that cater to diverse learning needs, including students with developmental, learning, and behavioural challenges.
Incorporate digital tools such as videos, interactive software, animation, photography, and basic graphic design into classroom activities.
Modify teaching materials and methods to align with each student's Individual Education Plan (IEP).
Provide hands-on learning experiences that support creativity, communication, and motor-skill development.
Maintain an inclusive, safe, and supportive classroom environment.
Monitor and document students' progress in multimedia-related skills and overall development.
Provide timely feedback to students and support them in achieving learning goals.
Work closely with Special Education teachers, therapists, and school staff to align lesson objectives with student needs.
Communicate regularly with parents on student progress and classroom activities.
Participate in team meetings, training, and school events as required.
Prepare lesson plans, progress reports, and teaching materials.
Qualifications:
Education: At least Diploma/Degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field;
Strong understanding of instructional practices and learning theories.
Ability to assess and address diverse learning needs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in using educational technology and assessment tools.
