Job Description
:JOB PURPOSEThe role of Multipurpose Worker / Handyman is responsible to ensure hospital support services operation as per job title activities are delivered effectively and efficiently to achieve standard and requirement as per instruction.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify defects and carry out repair work according to Schedule / Unscheduled Maintenance, especially on assets or facility systems that require expertise.
- Highlight issues that cannot be resolved immediately to superior.
- Request order of goods in accordance with Service Work (SW) / Service Request (SR) requirements, monitor progress of works done by the vendors.
- Perform and make sure the housekeeping of Plant Room, Workshop and maintenance equipment is in good condition and safe according to the work safety act and company guidelines.
- Ensure all activities comply with Quality, Safety, Health and environment activities (Quality Assurance Program, Risk Management, Hazard Alert and Recall, Handling Hazardous Equipment) as per contract agreement. Support company programmes and activities such as related to HSSE and LEAN e.g. tool box session at agreed frequency set by management
- Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in facilities management / building maintenance job scope.
- Good attitude and communication skills.
