Basic technical skills (plumbing, carpentry, electrical).
Experience in maintenance or facility work.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools.
Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Good communication: to report work, ask for help, coordinate.
Physical fitness: ability to move around, lift materials, climb ladders.
Knowledge of safety procedures, possibly with certifications (or willingness to be trained).
