Job Description

The Handyman is responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks to ensure all facilities, equipment, and guest areas are kept in excellent working condition. This role supports the housekeeping and maintenance departments by handling minor repairs, preventative maintenance, and assisting with upkeep of the property's overall cleanliness and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing door handles, light fixtures, furniture, and plumbing leaks. Assist in painting, patching walls, and other small renovation projects. Support housekeeping in moving furniture, cleaning equipment, and maintaining guest rooms or public areas in good condition. Inspect and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Replace light bulbs, air filters, and other small fixtures as required. Maintain tools, supplies, and workshop areas in an organized and safe manner. Perform preventive maintenance checks according to schedule. Respond quickly and efficiently to maintenance requests from guests or staff. Ensure all work is performed safely, adhering to property standards and safety regulations.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
